Yes you can have your copy of the book autographed.
If using Alternative Checkout (Paypal, Personal Check) please indicate whom you would like the book to be made out to in the "Notes" box on the order page.
If using Google checkout; please email at [email protected] to indicate whom you would like the book made out to.
Please include your order number in your message.

For personal checks, your order will ship as soon as your check clears.
Can you tell me about shipping for larger orders?
Combined shipping rates are offered for multiple copies of the book. The combined shipping rate will be reflected at checkout.
For orders in multiples of ten, special discounts will apply for both domestic and international orders.
